Thank you for choosing In His Image Creations! We pray each order brings a touch of hope, healing, and reminder that you are made in His image.
Since we partner with multiple trusted US-based suppliers (who handle printing, stocking, and shipping directly to you), your items are made-to-order or pulled from their warehouses. This keeps things fresh and efficient — but it means shipping times and carriers can vary slightly depending on the product and supplier.
Processing Time
- Orders are forwarded to our suppliers within 1–3 business days (usually same or next day).
- Suppliers process and ship in 2–7 business days (most items ship in 3–5 days).
- Total from order to shipment: typically 3–10 business days.
- Peak seasons (holidays, sales) may add a few extra days — thank you for your patience and grace!
Shipping Within the US Only
All our suppliers are US-based, so we currently ship only to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii).
Shipping Rates: Calculated at checkout based on product weight, size, and supplier location — usually $4.95–$9.95 for standard orders (varies by item)
Free US Shipping on orders over $75 (most items qualify — shown automatically at checkout)
Carriers: USPS, UPS, or FedEx (assigned by the supplier for best speed/reliability).
Estimated Delivery Times (After Shipment)
- Continental US: 3–7 business days
- Alaska/Hawaii: 5–10 business days
Tracking;
You’ll get a tracking number by email once your order ships (from the supplier). Check your spam folder if it doesn’t arrive within 24 hours of the shipping confirmation.
Important Notes
- All items are fulfilled directly by our US suppliers — no inventory is held by us.
- Because products come from different suppliers, orders with multiple items may arrive in separate packages on different days.
- We cannot change or cancel orders once sent to production/fulfillment (supplier policies).
- Address mistakes are the buyer's responsibility — please double-check at checkout!
- We're not responsible for lost, delayed, or damaged packages after they leave the supplier, but we’ll help you contact the carrier to resolve issues.
